GRABBYS EVENTS LIMITED (GEL) – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply when you reserve a room at any hotel providing accommodation to GRABBYS EVENTS LIMITED (“GEL”) via our digital channels (website, mobile site, or app), and when you purchase tickets, packages, or other services through GEL.

By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs, together with any applicable hotel terms and conditions. GEL reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time; the version applicable to your booking will be those in place on the date of your reservation.

1. Reservations

  • Reservations at Hotel Ritual are made directly through the hotel’s booking platform. Please review Hotel Ritual’s booking terms in addition to these T&Cs.
  • In the event of any conflict between Hotel Ritual’s terms and GEL’s terms, GEL reserves the right to determine which shall apply.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to book or stay.
  • Payment details must be provided to secure your reservation. Payments are processed directly by the hotel’s third-party payment processor.
  • Confirmation will be issued by email from Hotel Ritual. The contract for your room is formed upon receipt of this confirmation.

Mandatory Dates
All reservations during GRABBYS 2026 must include the three core nights: Thursday 23rd, Friday 24th, and Saturday 25th April 2026. GEL reserves the right to amend or cancel any reservation not spanning these dates. Guests will be notified and given the opportunity to adjust their booking.

2. Room Prices

  • GEL adopts dynamic pricing; prices fluctuate with demand.
  • Prices are per room, per night (or per package), and include applicable taxes.
  • Breakfast is included unless otherwise stated. Other extras (e.g. restaurant services, Spa, beach towels) are not included.

3. Occupancy

  • Double/twin rooms: maximum 2 adults
  • Triple rooms: maximum 3 adults
  • Occupancy is non-transferable.

4. Accessibility & Special Requests

  • Special requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed—contact info@grabbyseurope.com

5. Payment

  • Payment is taken at the time of booking.
  • Cash, personal cheques, or discount cards are not accepted.

6. Cancellation

By you: All reservations are non-refundable.
By us: GEL may cancel with immediate effect if:

  • Payment is not made as required;
  • You breach these T&Cs;
  • An event outside our control (e.g. industrial action, fire, flooding, outbreak of disease, power failure) prevents fulfillment.

In the case of cancellation due to force majeure, GEL will provide confirmation of cancellation to assist you in claiming from your travel insurance. We strongly recommend you obtain travel insurance.

7. Arrival & Departure

  • Check-in: from 14:00
  • Check-out: by 12:00
  • Guests must present valid photo ID (passport, EU ID, or equivalent).

8. Guest Conduct

You and your group must not:

  • Be abusive, threatening, or engage in unlawful behaviour;
  • Smoke indoors (including e-cigarettes); fines apply for breaches;
  • Cause health or safety hazards;
  • Bring dangerous or illegal materials;
  • Damage, remove, or misuse property;
  • Obstruct staff access to rooms;
  • Download/access unlawful or obscene material via hotel/GEL systems.

Hotel Ritual Advisory
Publicly visible sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Breaches may result in removal, arrest, and/or prosecution.

9. Liability for Damage

You are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the hotel, its guests, or their property. GEL may recover associated costs and reserves the right to:

  • Cancel your reservation;
  • Restrict access;
  • Remove you/your belongings;
  • Retain payments made;
  • Refuse future bookings.

10. Event Attendance – Business Activities

Attendance at GRABBYS Europe is for personal enjoyment and networking. Only official sponsors may conduct business activities (promotion, marketing, distribution of materials, or branded clothing).

Non-sponsoring attendees engaging in such activities may be asked to stop immediately or leave without refund.

11. Our Liability

  • GEL is only liable for direct and foreseeable losses arising from breaches within our control.
  • GEL is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of income, data, business, reputation, or contracts).
  • Liability is capped at the total price of your reservation.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These T&Cs are governed by English law.
  • Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, though GEL reserves the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

13. Severability

If any clause is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses remain in effect.

14. Website & App Use

By using grabbyseurope.com or the GRABBYS App, you agree to:

  • Be 18+ years old;
  • Keep login details secure;
  • Provide accurate payment and personal details.

GEL disclaims all warranties and accepts no liability for external websites linked from our platforms.

15. Privacy & Cookies

Use of the Website/App is subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form part of these T&Cs.
