  • Hotel Ritual and venue managers – for accommodation and event logistics
  • Affiliate management suppliers – to oversee GEL’s social media and promotions
  • Sponsors – to provide offers, discounts, and event-related marketing
  • vFairs – to manage the GRABBYS app, and registration pages
  • YourPaysitePartner – to manage GrabbysEurope.com 
  • Emergency services – if required in the event of an incident
  • Law enforcement agencies – when legally obligated

Additionally, GEL shares certain resources with Twisted Logistics Limited, a fully independent business that supports operational services on behalf of GEL.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your data indefinitely so we can:
